- Consult on the development and implementation of the promotion and provide recommendations concerning the operation of the promotion (based on federal and state laws).
- Review all text, layouts, advertising, and mechanics to ensure that the sweepstakes is in compliance with federal and state laws.
- Draft and review the official rules which will govern the sweepstakes.
- Secure indemnification for the contest sponsor, including obtaining legal opinion letters when required.
- File surety bonds in Florida and New York and register your promotion in New York, Florida, and Rhode Island.
- Certify and submit Winner's List for the promotion with the states of Florida & New York as required by law, and obtain release of the surety bonds from these states at conclusion of promotion.
- Develop and host online entry website when required.
- Conduct prize drawing

- Develop and prepare an
“Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release and Substitute
Form W-9.” At the conclusion of the promotion TSI Sports will notify all
the winners, verify eligibility, and collect releases and W-9s.
- Develop and fulfill public winner list requests.
- Collect, sort and maintain write-in entries and distribute to sponsor at the conclusion of the promotion in electronic format.
- Handle all details of prize procurement and fulfillment.
- Oversee the issuance of IRS Form 1099 for sweepstakes.
- For raffles and other contests with entry fees, determine the requirement to collect withholding taxes and oversee the issuance of Form W-2G Form 5754.
